Mature welding process: LUCKIN VEHICLE uses automatic submerged arc welding to weld the main beam. The longitudinal beam is completed by an automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine. All components are shot blasted to improve paint adhesion and painted before assembly to make the main beam more sturdy and durable.
Reliable materials: We use high-strength steel to manufacture flatbed trailers, which can provide higher loading capacity and longer service life for flatbed trailers. In addition, all major components used in our trailer must be processed with advanced equipment and have a good reputation in the market.
